Dr. Hyeondae Han
Current research focus includes De No assembly & genome annotation for strawberry breeding program using various sequencing data. Other research focuses on assembling high-quality of reference genome for Octoploid strawberry. The information on genome assembly provides the location and its predicted function of our target trait. Ultimately, breeding cycle can be reduced compared to traditional breeding method.
