Dr. Dev Paudel
My primary research interest is in applying genomic and breeding approaches to improve crops. Currently, I am utilizing bioinformatic approaches to assemble and analyze genomes and transcriptomes of blackberry and citrus in order to develop resources for breeding better cultivars and improve breeding efficiency.
