Degree Program

The Plant City campus offers the Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Conservation.  This major provides an opportunity for students to develop a personalized curriculum according to their specific interests in an area of natural resources. Individualized programs of study may range from the very focused and specific to broad and multi-disciplinary.  The curriculum is grounded in ecological theory, practical field skills, and augmented by faculty actively engaged in research. The program will be taught by both UF faculty in Plant City and through distance education mediums from the Gainesville campus.  Students will have the opportunity to receive a B.S. degree and still be able to continue regular employment.  Full-Time students are able to complete the entire program in as few as five semesters, all on the Plant City campus.
