A delicious lunch was provided on Friday by Fred's Market from Plant City, courtesy of Chemical Dynamics, Dade Cty. and Hillsborough Cty. Farm Bureaus, FL Fruit & Veg. Res. & Ed. Foundation, FL Strawberry Growers Assoc., and FL Tomato Exchange. As always, it was excellent with a generous and efficient staff serving. |  |

A
big highlight of the Ag Expo was the ribbon cutting ceremony for the HUD housing
that was built on the Center to demonstrate affordable, quality housing for farm
workers that would meet FL hurricane codes and insurability.
