Urban Soil, Water and Nutrient Management Website

Dr. Shober’s extension and research programs focus on soil, water and nutrient management in urban landscapes.  Her primary research responsibilities are related directly to homeowner and commercial landscape management practices with an emphasis on nutrient and soil management to minimize water quality degradation (surface and subsurface) in an urban environment.  Dr. Shober also works closely with county urban horticulture extension faculty to design and deliver educational programming related to urban soil management and
fertilizer use.
